Ingredients

12-14 large mushroom
1 brick (250 g) cream cheese
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 packet French Onion Baked Dip Mix
½ cup Swiss cheese, grated

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, French Onion Baked Dip Mix and 1/4 cup of the Swiss cheese. Stuff mushrooms with mixture, then sprinkle remaining cheese over top of mushrooms. Place mushroom on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
